Queensland based motorsport software specialist, Emsteq Systems, has increasesd its involvement with Porsche Carrera Cup Australia this weekend at its home event as Australia’s premier one-make championship concludes its season on the streets of Surfers Paradise.
The maintenance software company joined the Porsche series mid-season at the Sydney Motorsport Park round and will cap the year with a Gold Coast event partnership, which will see the Emsteq logo displayed on each 911 GT3 Cup car in the 20-strong Carrera Cup field.
“The streets of Surfers Paradise make for the best possible location for our Carrera Cup season finale and we’re thrilled to share this with Emsteq Systems this weekend,” said Porsche Cars Australia Motorsport Manager, Kurt Sakzewski.
“It’s great to be able to provide substantial exposure at the Gold Coast 600 for what is Emsteq’s home event. Gold Coast provides a substantial television viewership and an electric trackside atmosphere, something that will maximise the benefit for Emsteq as part of their partnership with the Porsche Carrera Cup championship.”
Emsteq Systems’ Tim Noske is pleased to finish the Porsche Carrera Cup season with increased presence in the company’s backyard.
“Emsteq Systems has had a great season on track, with its software being successfully used by teams competing all over the world, from Porsche Carrera Cup Australia to the 24 Hours of Daytona,” said Noske.
“It was a pleasure joining the Porsche championship this season and a real thrill to cap the year with an increased presence at our home event in Gold Coast. It will be a fantastic end to a spectacular season.”
